3D ion maps from HT9 alloy Fe ion irradiated to 10dpa at 470oC. 2.0 at% Ni isosurfaces highlighting Ni segregation to the high and low angle grain boundaries and dislocation lines present in the analised volume.

Variations in hardness of the 17-4PH with heat treatment time at 480 °C and 590 °C.

Schemel Best Paper Award at the 18th ASTM International Symposium on Zirconium in the Nuclear Industry, held in South Carolina (USA) in May 2016

The aim of his stay is to become familiar with the Atom Probe Tomography technique, from preparing suitable samples to collect and analyse data, and to produce a poster showcasing the capabilities of the technique.
